Getting to the Port of San Diego

Parking is in high demand on holidays so plan to arrive early. We encourage you to utilize public transportation, bike, ride-share, or travel by foot.

Public Transportation
Metropolitan Transit System – MTS will provide expanded Trolley service to the Big Bay Boom show! Parking is free at MTS Park & Ride lots throughout the system. Download the PRONTO App to your phone or pick-up and add money to a PRONTO card (one-time $2 fee) at any Trolley ticket machine or at any participating retail network location.

FRIENDS RIDE FREE on July 4, 2025 – a friend may ride free with a fare-paying customer on all MTS routes on July 4, 2025.

Coronado Ferry Landing
1201 First Street. Coronado, CA
Public Parking: Rates will be posted on-site.

Kettner Street/ Cedar St. Garage, 715 W Cedar St.
Electric Car Charging. Rate: $30 per vehicle on July 4
Must exit lot by midnight.

Spanish Landing Parks
Public parking at Spanish Landing
Rate: Free Metered Parking – 4 hours maximum on July 4 Posted Time
limits will be enforced from 6 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. Park closes at 10:30 p.m.

Navy Pier Parking Lot (next to the USS Midway Museum)
Ace Parking lot on Navy Pier, 910 N Harbor Drive
Rates: Midway Patrons $20-$25 – until 5:00 pm & Public Parking $30 after 4:00 p.m.

B Street Pier Parking Lot
ABM Parking surface lot in front of B Street Pier
1140 N Harbor Dr. Rate: $50 per vehicle on July 4
Must exit lot by midnight.

Parking Near the County Administration Center
Public Parking Garage Under Waterfront Park. Electric Car Charging.

Public Parking Garage, 111 W. Harbor Dr. Rate: $50 per vehicle on July 4
Enter garage from the west side from the Marriott Hotel driveway.

Seaport Village/The Headquarters

Port of San Diego and City of San Diego Parking Meters
Rate: Free Metered Parking on July 4th – Posted time limits at all Port meters and Port pay stations will be enforced on the holiday.

Posted time limits will be enforced until 6 p.m. on Shelter Island
Posted time limits will be enforced until 8 p.m. at the Embarcadero
Posted time limits will be enforced until 10:30 p.m. at Spanish Landing
Use off-site parking for extended time limits.
